Changelog

New updates and improvements to CommsOK.

Feature

Reason-based scope for sender permanent failure rules

The sender permanent failure rule now classifies permanent failures by scope — message-level or sender-level — based on the reason reported by the ESP. For example, "message too large" is a message-scoped failure, while a reputation-based rejection is sender-scoped. You can now write suppression rules that target specific scopes, so a one-off message failure doesn't have to carry the same weight as a systemic sender rejection.

Launch

CommsOK early silent launch

We quietly shipped CommsOK into the wild. The platform connects to your ESPs with read-only API keys, backfills historical delivery data, normalizes events across providers, and computes suppression decisions using configurable rulesets. No infrastructure changes required.
