Changelog
New updates and improvements to CommsOK.
Generic HTTPS ESP connector
A new generic HTTPS integration lets you pipe events into CommsOK from your own server using a small, well-defined contract. Useful when you want to obfuscate or aggregate events before sending them upstream, or when your ESP isn't natively supported yet.
Learn morecsok CLI for AI agents
A new command-line tool (csok) lets AI agents and scripts create and tune rulesets in your CommsOK account. It covers create, update, copy, and dry-run evaluation, with each rule type shipping AI-readable instructions and a structured parameter schema. Destructive actions like delete and activate remain operator-only in the web UI.
Learn moreHourly delivery stats and time-series UI
The Email Stats page now lets you view delivery and engagement metrics over a chosen period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom range — with hourly, daily, or monthly granularity on the time-series chart.
Reason-based scope for sender permanent failure rules
The sender permanent failure rule now classifies permanent failures by scope — message-level or sender-level — based on the reason reported by the ESP. For example, "message too large" is a message-scoped failure, while a reputation-based rejection is sender-scoped. You can now write suppression rules that target specific scopes, so a one-off message failure doesn't have to carry the same weight as a systemic sender rejection.
CommsOK early silent launch
We quietly shipped CommsOK into the wild with HubSpot as our first supported integration. Connect your account, backfill historical delivery data, and compute suppression decisions using configurable rulesets. No infrastructure changes required.
